All of the copyrights in these specifications belong to MedXML. Thus, the MedXML articles of incorporation described below shall be complied with.

MedXML Articles of Incorporation 1.5 Use of created products In principle the products that are created by means of this Society shall be made public on the Internet and treated as public domain. Thus, both Society members and nonmembers can use the products, and can use them in commercial and academic activities. When using a product, however, the user shall be obligated to report to the Society and clearly indicate that the Society’s product was used in a product, written work, or other purpose in compliance with copyrights and rights of priority.
