namespaces declaration

The namespaces declaration of the MML basic structure is as follows: xmlns:mml=“http://www.medxml.net/MML”

xmlns:mml="http://www.medxml.net/MML"

For convenience in this case, “mml” is used as the Namespace Prefix. It is recommended that the application utilize this Namespace Prefix. In this document the MML basic structure is defined as having this namespace as the default.
